3. Technical Infrastructure

The Website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. We use Cloudflare Analytics for anonymized aggregate traffic reporting and Resend API to deliver email notifications when an inquiry is submitted.

4. Cookies and Local Storage

The Website does not use tracking cookies or persistent cookies. We use sessionStorage to temporarily record the utm_source parameter when you arrive via a social media short link; this data is cleared when you close your browser tab.

5. Social Media Short Links

We use shortened URLs on Instagram, Facebook, XiaoHongShu, Douyin, TikTok, and Snapchat. The referring platform is recorded as a utm_source value solely to understand which platforms drive engagement.

6. Data Storage

Inquiry form submissions are stored in Cloudflare D1. Email delivery records are stored in Resend for audit and deliverability monitoring.

7. Data Retention

We retain inquiry data for the duration of our business relationship plus 12 months. If no business relationship is established, inquiry data is retained for 12 months from your last communication.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to request access, correction, deletion, or withdrawal of consent for your data. Please contact us through the Contact page; we respond within 30 days.
