ToToo, established in 2014, is a manufacturer specializing in Muslim women's apparel OEM/ODM production. Our core capabilities include embroidery (chikankari, beadwork, cutwork), fabric printing, artisanal dyeing, and sequin embellishment. Our product lines include Kaftan, Abaya, Jalabiya, and family matching sets.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on the Website — including product photography, design sketches, fabric images, written copy, and brand assets — is the exclusive intellectual property of ToToo. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any Website content for commercial purposes without prior written authorization.
4. Inquiries and Orders
Submitting an inquiry through the contact form does not constitute a binding order. A formal purchase order is established only when both parties sign a written contract and the buyer remits the agreed deposit (typically 30%). All specifications, quantities, pricing, and delivery timelines are defined in the signed contract.
5. Customization and Sampling
OEM/ODM customization services require a sampling fee to cover fabric procurement, pattern development, and artisan labor. Sampling fees may be waived or credited toward bulk orders at ToToo's discretion. Once sample garments are dispatched, they are non-returnable and non-refundable.
6. Pricing and Delivery
Prices displayed on the Website are indicative only. Final pricing is confirmed in the signed contract. Delivery timelines may vary depending on raw material availability, order volume, and production complexity. ToToo is not liable for delays caused by force majeure events.
7. Product Variation
As our products are handcrafted, individual variations in embroidery stitch density, dye shade, print placement, and beadwork pattern are inherent to the artisanal process. Such variations are not considered defects and do not constitute grounds for rejection or refund.
